Design and simulation

Developed the substation topology and electrical one-line for a proposed fully islanded data-center power system. The work included ETAP dynamic simulations, BESS capacity sizing, the main grounding scheme, and generator synchronization and control philosophy.

Design through commissioning

Led design, programming, testing and commissioning of a microgrid control system. The scope included dispatch, a remote grid-operator interface, automatic and manual islanding, BESS operation, synchronization, load shedding, emergency shutdown and SCADA integration.

Led a technical commissioning team for a large industrial power-control system integrating nine 60 MW generators, voltage control and fast load shedding. The work required coordination across generation and electrical-system controls.
